Start Right is a 100% natural dietary supplement specially formulated for young horses, based on algae Ascophyllum nodusum and Lithothamnium: a formula balanced of vitamins and minerals, for valuable support for normal skeletal development and strengthening of the digestive and immune systems of young foals up to the age of 3 years.
Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed, comes from the cold coasts of the North Atlantic Ocean; hand-harvested using traditional and sustainable methods, it has been used for centuries as a natural food supplement precisely because of its low iodine content and high concentration of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It consists of 48 elements, 16 amino acids and 11 vitamins.
Lithothamnium calcareum is a red alga belonging to the Corallinaceae family. It grows very slowly to have time to filter and absorb large amounts of marine nutrients. Lithothamnium provides a wide variety of minerals, including 32 trace elements.
This naturally balanced mix of chelated minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants promotes optimal gut and immune health, as well as an overall state of physical well-being in the horse. The high calcium content benefits bone and hoof development while the high concentration of magnesium helps reduce restless behavior.
