Product Description
Saracen‘s Pure Meadow Chaff is a 100% natural, soft, fiber- and grass-rich forage that can be used to accompany any type of feed. It can also be used as a partial substitute for hay and is perfect for all types of horses and ponies.
Saracen Pure Meadow Chaff is molasses-free and is made from English meadow grasses with a light coating of canola oil. It is dried at high temperature and de-dusted; these processes make Saracen Pure Meadow Chaff a suitable product even for horses and ponies with respiratory problems. Saracen Pure Meadow Chaff contains no preservatives, dyes or additives and is free of alfalfa. Saracen Pure Meadow Chaff provides good quality nutrients, is low in sugars and starches, and provides natural antioxidants.
Slow feeding related to forage increases chewing time and subsequent salivation (natural acid buffer); this promotes digestive health.

Recommended quantities:
It is recommended to administer 100 g x 100 kg body weight per meal.
