Shipping Charges

Our couriers are domestic and international. Based on the shipping address we will provide a quote regarding shipping costs and delivery timing.

The expenses of shipping vary depending on the weight of the goods purchased and the amount of the order. The amount due will always appear in the order summary, after entering the shipping address and before proceeding to payment. You can get an estimate of shipping costs by contacting our team.

The service is available pickup at (selectable at the time of purchase), carried out directly by the customer or by external couriers that can be booked independently. The information is to be reported in the order notes at the time of purchase.

Shipping time

Shipping times are the direct responsibility of the couriers working with Harrison Horse Care.
From the time the order is received, our Customer Care expects to process the order in 2 working days.

From the time of shipment from our warehouses, however, the timing of the courier service is as follows:
North Italy – 24/48 hours
Central Italy – 48/72 hours
Southern Italy – 72/96 hours
Islands and remote areas – 72/96

Deliveries take place By prior arrangement by phone.
Beware of incoming calls not to wait. Free delivery can be indicated in the notes if hourly availability is ample.

Return and Refund Policies

To initiate a return case, you must send an email to info@harrisonhorsecare.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. The data to be reported are:

  • First and Last Name / Business Name
  • Order Number
  • Product(s) involved
  • Reason for requesting return
  • IBAN/Paypal account where you would like to receive your refund

The return request will be taken care of only if the item is incorrect and/or damaged and with original packaging. Once the request is received and verified, the HHC team will provide follow-up guidance.

Important: Do not ship products into Harrison Horse Care until you have received acceptance of the return paperwork

The product will be checked and verified, and if the return file is accepted, the refund will be sent within 14 days from the date of confirmation.

Harrison Horse Care reserves the right to retain the cost of shipping the order or returning the product to the company.

Warranty

Harrison Horse Care grants the consumer a   2-year warranty as per EU regulations.

The warranty operates if a product:

  • does not match the description
  • Has different qualities from the model advertised or shown to the customer
  • Is not suitable for the use for which products of the same type are customarily used or for the specific use-accepted by the seller-for which the customer ordered it
  • Does not have the usual quality and performance of products of the same type
  • Is defective and/or not working
